Zachary Estes

With over a decade of experience in the world of health and human performance, Zach helps athletes improve health & performance, mitigate injury risk, and increase career longevity.

While going to school, Zach started his career in human performance as a Personal Trainer for multiple organizations in the city of Chicago. In order to learn about rehabilitation, return-to-play/duty, and corrective exercise, Zach became an Exercise Specialist at a physical therapy clinic, furthering his expertise in the field of human performance.

Following his time as an Exercise Specialist, Zach became a Cardiopulmonary Exercise Physiologist at a Level 1 Trauma Center, primarily working with patients that have suffered major cardiac events.

In 2016, Zach transitioned into the tactical performance space, taking up a position as a Run Coach & Strength Coach with Naval Special Warfare. During his time with NSW, he prepared over 6,000 students for both SEAL and SWCC pipelines. Since 2021, Zach has been the Lead Strength & Conditioning Coach for CEODD, preparing EOD, Diver, and DMT students for their respective pipelines.
